Shipping information

We currently ship only within Canada. All blankets ship free via UPS or Canada Post Expedited with a tracking number.

Packages are shipped within a couple of days of being placed when possible. We are a small operation and the blankets available in the shop are still in the finishing stages and require a couple of extra days for this careful and labour-intensive, hands-on process.

You will receive your tracking number via email once your order is fulfilled. Please check your tracking by clicking the link in your email or on the UPS or Canada Post website. 

If you request faster shipping please contact us. A small fee may apply, but we will do our best to get you your order when you need it. We cannot ship via FedEx, as we are located on the Sunshine Coast and no FedEx outpost exists here.

Product return information

We do our best to ensure our blankets are loved by our customers. A lot of work goes into each blanket, from the design to the weaving, finishing, and shipping.

We make all efforts to colour match photographs to true colours of our blankets, but variations in screens can affect the colour presented. If you're unsure of a shade, contact us via email or Instagram DM before you order and we can Pantone match the closest shade for you.

As well, we inspect every blanket before packaging and shipping and ship only pristine products.

Considering a Return?


  • Our return policy is active for 14 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us using the form below to start the return process. Only unused items in original condition and in the original packaging may be returned. 
  • We do not offer exchanges as our blankets are limited stock and sell out quickly. We recommend contacting us for a return to ensure your original purchase is eligible for a return and making a new order on the blanket you want so that you get it before it sells out. 
  • Returned blankets must be in original condition. If the blanket is damaged, worn, or unclean, the return will not be accepted and will be returned back to you COD (Cash on Delivery). 
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know we have received your returned item and if it will be accepted or not. If your return is accepted, we will immediately process your refund.
  • If we have processed your refund and you haven’t yet received the refund, we recommend checking with your bank and/or contacting your credit card company. Refunds typically take about a week or more to process.
  • You are responsible for paying the shipping cost to return your item. We recommend shipping with a tracking number for your return so that you can follow its progress. Items lost or unreceived will not be refunded. For return shipping information contact your shipper.
  • If you are returning a gift, once we receive your return, we will issue you a store credit/gift card for the amount of the purchase. If the gift was not marked as a gift when purchased, the item will be refunded to the original credit card (purchaser). Returns can not be refunded to a different credit card than the original.
